Ilma Aliya Fiddien works as an AI engineer in Jakarta specialised in NLP application research and development.

She attained her BSc in Mathematics from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a MSc in Speech and Language Processing from the University of Edinburgh.

Community work drives her. She had contributed chapters in Sains Tidak Sepasti Itu and Buku Sains (Masih) Tidak Sepasti Itu to promote philosophy of science discourse among Indonesian audiences.
